He was predeceased by : his parents, Catherine Wood Hogan and Phillip James Hogan. He is survived by : his wife Robbie Hogan; his son Jordan Hogan; his daughter-in-law Carlee Hogan; his brother Jimmy Hogan; his sister-in-law Rosa Hogan; and his grandchildren, Jeremiah Hogan and Remington Hogan.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Community Home Care and Hospice at 1601 N. Road St., Suite B, Elizabeth City, NC 27909.
