We are sad to announce that on September 14, 2019, at the age of 85, Frances Hedgepath Thornburg (Dallas, North Carolina), born in Gaston, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Purvey Clinton Hedgepath and Nellie Estelle Lay Hedgepath; and her sister Evelyn Hedgepath. She is survived by: her husband Jim Thornburg; her children, Jimmy "Grub" Thornburg (Robin Bond), Chrystal Lovelace (Bill), Beth Brown (Victor) and Terry Thornburg (Christine); her grandchildren, Joscelyn, Jason Lovelace, Jacob, Riley Thornburg, Blake and Madison Brown; her great grandchild Ethan Lovelace; and her sister Peggy McCraw.
