He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Odell and Thelma Hicks Guy; his wife Jo Ann Brown Guy; his son Terry Ray Guy; his siblings, Ralph, Lon, Robert, Terry Guy and Shelby Jones; and his mother-in-law Vera Brown.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Guy, Darryl Guy and Lisa Wise (Dean); his grandchildren, Coleman, Logan, Ashley, Jessica, Dustin Guy, Kayla and Lindsey Wise; his great grandchild Bailey Wise; and his siblings, Bonita Phillips and Eddie Joe Guy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
