She was predeceased by : her husband George C. Mabe; and her daughters, Doris Ann Mabe and Carol Jean Mabe Wood. She is survived by : her children, David Mabe of Danbury, Garland Mabe (Susan) of Danbury, Richard Mabe of Danbury, Mark Mabe of Danbury, Phil Mabe (Anita) of King, Judy Mabe and Lois Brown (Wayne) of Walnut Cove; her son-in-law Mark Wood of Meadows; her grandchildren, Chris Brown, Joel Mabe, Jonathon Wood (Alice), Marcus Wood, Jessica Mabe and Jacob Mabe; and her nieces, Velma Moore and Shirley Stratton. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
