With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shelby Caulfield (Danbury, North Carolina), who passed away on January 28, 2019. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Shelby Caulfield to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Harry Crawford and Edith Crawford. She is survived by : her siblings, Gladys Smith and Harold Crawford; her children, Kimberly Vasconez (Oswaldo), Greg Caulfield and Scott Caulfield; and her grandchildren, Alexis, Ashley, Blake, Mikaela and Nolan. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to Skilled Nursing Center at Northern Hospital in Mount Airy, NC.
