He is survived by: his wife Lara Fleishaker Fass; his son Kevin Fass; his parents, Robert Fass and Peggy Fass; his sister Debbie Wierzbicki (Alan); and his sibling's children, Matthew, Kyle Wierzbicki and Olivia Wierzbicki.
