Halley Merrell Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Halley Merrell (Davidson, North Carolina), born in New Bern, North Carolina, who passed away on September 2, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Halley A. Merrell Sr. and Lossie Boyd Merrell. He is survived by: his wife Norma Merrell of Davidson, NC; his daughter Melinda Orr; his son-in-law Todd Orr of Durham, NC; his sons, Mark Merrell of Chantilly, VA and MatthewMerrell; and his daughter-in-law Holt Hathaway of Huntersville, NC. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
