He was predeceased by: his parents, John Houston Yow, Sr. and Attie Mae Love Yow; and his brother Ira Gene Yow. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Goodman Yow; his children, Ray Yow, Jr. (Toni), Cathy Thomas and Jacob Ray Goodman; his siblings, Junior Yow (Sandra), Steve Yow (Diane), Glenn Yow (JoAnne), Nancy Tucker (Bobby) and Janie Burleson (Terry); his sister-in-law Barbara Yow; his aunt Mildred Yow; his grandchildren, Tyler, Amber, Hunter, Jennifer Yow, Krista and Ethan Thomas; and his daughter-in-law Toni Yow. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
