He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie C. Carroll and Margaret Johnson Carroll; and his brother Billy Lee Carroll. He is survived by: his wife Marlene "Kay" Faggart Carroll; his daughters, Heidi Fallin (Heath) and Jill Rogers (Michael); his grandchildren, P. J. Rogers (Jordan) and Samuel Rogers; and his sibling's children, Billy Carroll, Sherry Smith and Nancy Page.
The family will speak with friends at the funeral home following the memorial service, utilizing standard Covid-19 precautionary measures.
