He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Lee Williams, Sr. and Mary Inez Broadway Williams of Davidson County; his son Terry Lee Williams; his daughter-in-law Joyce Smith Williams; and his brother-in-law Harold Barnhardt of Tyro, N. C.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Fisher Williams; his son Neil Franklin Williams (Beth) of Raleigh; his grandsons, Mitchell Williams of New York City and Zachary Williams of Bellingham, Washington.; and his sister Mary Jane Williams Barnhardt of Tyro.
All in attendance are required to wear a mask, regardless of vaccination status.
