It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marianne Wellborn of Davidson, North Carolina, born in Shreveport, Louisiana, who passed away on March 19, 2021, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Bill Wellborn; and her daughters, Kathy Wellborn Copeland and Gail Wellborn Shepherd. She is survived by: her children, Mary Elizabeth Wellborn Ramer and William Barton Wellborn, Jr.. She is also survived by six grand-children and seven great grand-children.
