She is survived by: her husband James Edmond Burcham Jr.; her daughter Wendy Phelps of Winston Salem; her sister Brenda Essick (Wayne) of Lexington; her grandchildren, Ashley Dally and Courtney McClanathan (Tyler); and her great grandchildren, Noah, Helena and Jaxon.
