He was predeceased by: his parents, Thoyrus Peter Lopp and Jessie Michael Lopp; and his wife Grace McCrary Lopp. He is survived by: his children, Dr. Jerrell Eugene Lopp (Irene Gulledge Lopp) of Highlands, NC, John Michael Lopp (Erin Studstill Lopp) and Rebecca Lopp Hedrick of Sarasota, FL; his grandchildren, Anthony Thomas Hedrick, Chad Christopher Hedrick, Eugene Maurice Lopp (Heather Bellini Lopp) and Timpani Leigh Lopp; his great grandchildren, Thomas Alexander Hedrick, Karen Rebecca Lopp, Juliana Rebecca Hedrick and Keira Reise Hedrick; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Jackie and Billy Bellini.
