She is survived by: her children, Linda T. Davidson of Wilmington, NC, David E. Thornton of Elizabeth and Joseph R. of Short Hills; her daughter-in-law Laura H. Thornton of Short Hills; and her grandchildren, John R. Thornton of Los Angeles, Caroline I. Thornton, Grace A. Thornton, Rachel H. Thornton and Short Hills. She is also survived by her parents, and her ten siblings.
The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, anyone wishing to make a memorial contribution can do so to the charity of his or her choice.
