He was predeceased by: his parents, Fernie Willis and Vilma Willis; his son Philip Willis Jr.; and his granddaughter Alyssa Marie Willis. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Willis; his son Mark Piner (Nicole) of Davis; his granddaughters, Emily Hardy (Jordan), Ashlyn Goodwin (Scott) and Justine Piner; his great grandchildren, Mackenzie Goodwin, Jackson, Collin and Easton Hardy; his brother Gordon Willis (Gail) of Pinehurst; his nephew Christopher Willis; and his pets, Little Kitty, Blackeye, Charlie and Little Joe.
In keeping with the CDC guidelines pertaining to the Coronavirus, those who are ill or at-risk (elderly, immune-compromised) are encouraged to stay home.
