He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Glen and Stella Lambert Farrington; and his brothers, Winfred and Jimmy Farrington. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Trivett Farrington; his children, John Christopher Farrington of Wilkesboro, Craig Allen Farrington of Fleetwood and Melissa Phillips of Deep Gap; and his siblings, Clayton Farrington of Wagoner, Glenda Walters of West Jefferson and Lucy Parsons of Millers Creek. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
