With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kay Cochran Cade (Deep Gap, North Carolina), born in Macon, Illinois, who passed away on October 3, 2020 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Walter Milton and Margaret Esther Wilson Cochran; her husband James "Jim" Thurston Cade; and her brothers, Joe and Jerry Cochran.
She is survived by : her daughters, Kendra Melcher (Jimmy) of Fleetwood and Brenda Reed (Timothy) of Boone; her siblings, Rose Gordon of Lovington, IL, Joanne Paige of Phoenix, Jack Cochran (Peggy) of Titusville, FL and Mickey Cochran of Michigan; her grandchildren, Tiffany Reed Dunst (Jason) of Taylorsville, Ashton Poe (Michael) of Ashe County, James of Ashe County and Robert Melcher of Ashe County; and her great grandchildren, Cole, Christian, Cadey, Parker and Karleigh.
