She was predeceased by: her parents, John Dee Moore and Alma Elizabeth Ledford Moore; her husband Gary Glenwood Strickland; her son Timothy Daniel Strickland; and her brothers, R. L. Moore and Carl Moore.

She is survived by: her son Tracy Strickland; her grandchildren, Hatti, Jordan, Dawson and Justin; her great grandchildren, Cameron, Lauren, Mason, Logan and Ayden; and her siblings, Lewis Moore, Johnny Moore, Ralph Moore, Larry Moore, Elizabeth Franklin and Marie Dunigan.
