He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Thomas Bailey, Sr. and Wilma Dorsett Bailey; and his wife Janet Wilson Bailey. He is survived by: his children, Scott Bailey of Advance and Dawn Bailey Carter; and his grandchildren, Sierra Young, Bentley Bailey, Palmer Bailey and Eylanni Carter.
