He is survived by: his wife Neta Yow Kinley; his children, Douglas Kinley of Denton, Teena Royal (Michael) of Denton and Jamie Arnette of Winston Salem; his siblings, Larry, Winfred Kinley, Helen Shelley and Rebecca Lanier; his grandchildren, Michael James Royal, Victoria Brackett (Kevin), Joseph Dustin Arnette and Dalton Lee Arnette; and his great grandchildren, Kenzie and Kynden Brackett.
