She was predeceased by : her parents, Curtis Leroy Hilliard Sr. and Nina Luck Hilliard; her brothers, Curt Hilliard and Roger Luck; her grandparents, Roland, Etta Luck, Harvey and Alma Hilliard; her aunts and uncles, Lloyd Luck, Jimmie Luck, Harvey Luck, Eugene Hilliard, Faye Toulson and Doris Trogdon; and her father-in-law Joe Tom "Tommy" Millikan.

She is survived by : her husband Dennis Joe Millikan; her son Dennis Joe Millikan Jr. (D.
