He was predeceased by: his parents, Marlyn D. Elstrom and Betty Bailey Elstrom. He is survived by: his pet Melvin; his wife Susan Sauerwein Elstrom; his sons, Vance Jr. Elstrom and Chris Elstrom; his daughters-in-law, Laura and Jessica; and his grandchildren, Alianna, Emmarie, Isabella and Kaleigh.
