He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Namotka and Elizabeth Kanyak; his wife Delores; and his son Raymond Gene. He is survived by: his children, Mary (Klaus) of Rhode Island, Rose of Asheville, NC, Paul of Sylva, NC and Vic (JoJo) of Sylva, NC; and his daughter-in-law Fran Namotka of Whittier, NC. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, three brothers, several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to St. Mary's church community outreach in Sylva, NC or St. Jude's hospital in Peter's memory.
