She was predeceased by : her parents, Steve Tolbert and Janell Tolbert. She is survived by : her husband David Rush; her children, Gage, Brendan and Harrison; and her sister Tracy Tolbert Choate (Trent). She is also survived by extended family, friends, co-workers.
