He was predeceased by: his parents, Craig Sampson and Mary Cummings Sampson. He is survived by: his wife Emma Jane Sampson; his children, Mark Sampson of Dunn, Brian Sampson of Fayetteville, Albert Lowry (Tonya) and Cynthia Sampson of Fayetteville; and his siblings, William Sampson (Bill), Tammy Holloway (Bryan) of Maxton, Dorothy McLeroy of Maryland and Carolyn Meekins (George) of Maryland. He is also survived by four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
