We are sad to announce that on July 4, 2018, at the age of 90, Harvey Evans Jr. (Dunn, North Carolina), born in Black Creek, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Jean. He is survived by: his son Timothy of Smithfield; his grandson Nicholas of Dunn; his sister Alice Bass (Leo) of Lucama; his sisters-in-law, La Vonne Deaver of Virginia and Josephine Hinton of Wilson, NC; and also Evans of Dunn.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are to be given to First Baptist Church in Smithfield, Ministry Center Building Fund, 202 S 4th St, Smithfield, NC 27577 or the Masonic Home for Children, 600 College St., Oxford, NC 27565.
