She was predeceased by : her parents, Reuben Mulder and Elizabeth Cullins Mulder; her husband John W. Landen, Jr.; her child Thomas H. Landen; and her brother Reuben Mulder, Jr. (Jake).

She is survived by : her sons, John W. Landen, III (Connie) of Greenville and Michael Landen (Joanie) of Farmville; her grandchildren, Jay Landen (Meghan) of Wilmington, Will Landen (Julia) of Wilmington, Drew Landen (Caroline) of Raleigh, Beth Wegner (Travis) of Wilmington, Jonathan Landen (Leighane) of Farmville and Kristin Mayo (James) of Farmville; and her sister-in-law Peggy Mulder of Franklin, VA. She is also survived by her family as a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
