She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilford Robert and Olive Dicey Bond Alexander; her husband Horace Thomas Price; and her daughter Peggy Joyce Hosey. She is survived by: her children, Gale Dean Price (Cathy), Bennie Herman Hosey (Kristen) and Ivy Blueher; her brothers, Wayne Lynn Alexander (Fran) and Joe Neal Alexander (Carla); and her stepsiblings, Kenneth Tillman and Lykrecia Bell (Edward). She is also survived by ten grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Skinner & Smith Funeral Home Chapel (103 Covered Bridge Rd, Clayton, NC 27520). A memorial service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
