She was predeceased by: her former husbands, William A. Clayton and Richard Puryear. She is survived by: her stepchildren, Mike Brady (Pat) and Carole Lowder (Roy); her half-siblings, Tish Brandon and Bill Henderson; and her significant other Harriett Cates. She is also survived by two grandchildren; one great grandchild.
