She was predeceased by: her parent Clarence E. Price. She is survived by: her parent Laura W. Price; her husband Morgan Waugh; her children, Laura Lederman (Robert), Michael, Mary Stinar (Brad) and Stephen Waugh; and her brother David Price. She is also survived by 2 nieces and a nephew.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Yates Baptist Church Building Fund, 2819 Chapel Hill Rd, Durham, NC 27707.
