She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Johnson and Florence Johnson. She is survived by: her husband Howell Pearson; her daughter Sharon Arnold (Dwayne); and her stepdaughter Julie Mitchell (Sam). She is also survived by grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Montlawn Memorial Park (2911 S Wilmington St, Raleigh, NC 27603).
