He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Charlie Spillman, Sr. and Violet Dezern Spillman; and his brothers, Judson Spillman and Michael Spillman. He is survived by: his wife Linda Boyer Spillman; his daughter Jennifer Memory (George); his granddaughters, Avery Lynn Memory and Odessa Kerr Memory; and his sisters, Libby Spillman and Rosie Ramirez (Joe).
