Betty Chappell Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Chappell (East Bend, North Carolina), born in Danville, Virginia, who passed away on March 8, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank T. Ellington, Sr. and Bernice Lee Ellington; and her brothers, Frank T. Ellington, Jr. and Carlos H. Ellington. She is survived by: her children, Paula Doub (Mike) and Tony Chappell (Brenda); her grandchildren, Christina Vanhoy, Erika Moore (Shaun) and Lee Chappell; her great grandchild Kaylee Ann Williams; and her nieces, Terri Brooks (Gwyn), Carol Ogburn (Tom) and Jill Jones (Sam). She is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
