Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Charles Norman (East Bend, North Carolina), who passed away at the age of 94, on December 11, 2019. He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia "Ginnie" Joyner and Clint Norman. He is survived by: his brother Construction of East Bend; his aunt Hazel Joyner Matthews; and his cousins, Jerry L. Matthews, Helen Vestal and Nancy Vendette.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to East Bend Friends Cemetery Fund.
