He was predeceased by: his parents, Evan Monroe Rutledge and Minnie Carter Rutledge; and his siblings, Thurmond Rutledge and Bernice Casto. He is survived by: his children, Wanda Ann Sizemore (Michael), James Gray Rutledge (Judy), Debbie Matthews (Tim) and Keith Rutledge; his brother Paul Rutledge; and his friend Kathleen Rutledge. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other family friends.
