She is survived by: her husband David Cook, Sr.; her children, David Cook, Jr. (Cheryl) of Eden, Dian Lovell (Tom), Pamela Sexton (Benny) and Sharon Frith of Stoneville; her close friend Walter Ferguson of Eden; her grandchildren, Sherry Tilley (Darryl) of Eden, Michele Roberts (Kevin) of Bowie, MD, Donna Prevost (Ron) of Concord, Lindy Lynn of Eden, Kenny Frith of Eden, Jonathan Cook of Kernersville, Richie Sexton (Ashley) of Thomasville and Andy Cook (Stephanie) of Kernersville; and her great grandchildren, Bray, Jason Tilley, Laura Jane, Lucas Lynn, Lindsay, Maddie Roberts, Dylan, Lauren Sexton, Ella Prevost, Kaylee and Karrington Cook.
