It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Annie Mae Martin Young (Eden, North Carolina), who passed away on April 14, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Richard Martin and Annie Thompson Martin; her husband Johnny Lawson Young; her brother John Richard Martin; her daughter Sandra Cassell Fisher; her stepdaughter Barbara Young Purdy; her son-in-law Gary Craven; and her grandson Sean Lawson Young.
She is survived by: her children, Curtis Cassell (Dixie) of Stoneville, Jim Cassell (Anna) of Eden and Joy Walker (Gary) of Sutherland, Virginia; her stepson Donald Young of Daleville, Virginia; and her son-in-law George Fisher of Eden. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and 7 great-great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Young will be honored at a memorial service at a later date due to pandemic restrictions.
