She was predeceased by: her parents, David Guy and Lessie Estelle Silverthorne Saunders; her husband Jesse Green DeHart, Jr.; and her son-in-law Robert Nolan. She is survived by: her daughters, Jean Karen DeHart Nolan of Raleigh, Elizabeth Anne DeHart Bailey (Bill) of Eden and Mona Lynne DeHart Young (Bernie) of Eden; her grandchildren, David Nolan (Jana), Stephen Bailey (Carrie), Ashley Long (Zack), Bryan Bailey (Brandie), Kari Young and Lucas Young; and her sister Hazel Disher (Lloyd) of Winston-Salem. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
