She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Hill and Carrie Bullins Hill. She is survived by: her sons, Tony Carlos Tilley of Jacksonville, FL, Michael Joe Tilley (Krissti) of Dobson, NC and Randall Dean Tilley of Walnut Cove, NC; her siblings, Eddie Hill and Ann Ashby (Ray); and her close friend Peggy Atwal. She is also survived by six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
