He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Clay and Lois Callahan Belton; and his brother-in-law Clarence Cheshire. He is survived by: his wife Mildred Pattie Cheshire; his daughters, Chris and Melissa; his siblings, Terry Belton of Eden, Andy Belton of Eden, Mark Belton of Johnson City, Tenn. and Betty Sue Foley Hutchins (Ray) of Madison; and his brother-in-law Chris Craver.
