He is survived by: his mother Mary Slough; his grandmother Doris Creasy; his brothers, Phillip Creasy of Richmond, VA, James of Richmond, VA and Christopher Slough of Richmond, VA; his stepmother Michelle Hooker of Eden; his stepbrothers, Ryan, Timmy and Dustin Hooker; and his half-sister Melanie Hooker.
