She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Shelton and Lucy Shelton; her husband Carl Randolph "Randy" Horton; and her sisters, Margaret Wall and Geneva Joyce.
She is survived by: her sons, Marion Horton (Martha) of Eden, Randolph Horton (Lesa) of High Point, Mark Horton (Laura) of Wilkesboro, Roger Horton (Susan) of Reidsville and Paul Horton (Sarah) of Madison; her grandchildren, Natalie, Sam, Mary, Jami, Cali, Haley, Jonah and Charlie; her adoptive son Rob Gresham; and also Lillie Hewitt. She is also survived by mom and grandmother, we do know one of the sons.
