She was predeceased by: her father Frank Underwood. She is survived by: her mother Mildred Williams Underwood of Eden; her daughters, Tara Tolbert Gibson of Rocky Mount, VA and Cynthia L. Tolbert of Richmond, VA; her granddaughter Ashley L. Gibson of Rocky Mount; her siblings, Mark F. Underwood of Reidsville, Janice Underwood Wangard (Tom) of Ruffin and Kim Underwood Mauney (John); and her siblings' children, Samantha, Katelyn, Jenna and Chris.
