She is survived by: her husband Walter Eugene "Skip" Johnson; her children, Sandy Leigh Johnson and Walter Andrew "Andy" Johnson (Tesh) of Stoneville; her parent June Cruise Gentry; her siblings, Diane Gentry Hudgins (Don) of Eden and David Gentry (Sheryl) of Axton, VA; and her aunts, Sandra Cruise of Pfafftown and Betty Pikula (Lou) of Winston Salem. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends.
Cindy was Director of Cardio Pulmonary & Vascular Department, Cardio Rehab and the Sleep Lab at Morehead Memorial Hospital where she also was a hospital past co-chair of the United Way Campaign and past member of the Morehead Hospital Foundation.
