He is survived by: his wife Patricia Anne Headford Daly; and his children, Daniel W. Daly, III, Patrick Daly of Graham, Christopher Daly of Greenville, NC, Timothy Daly of Knoxville, TN, Robert Daly of Greensboro, Kevin Daly of Brown Summit, Sean Daly of Greensboro, Kathleen Daly Heckman of Raleigh, Mary Fitch of Greensboro and Shannon Swain of Denver, NC. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
