He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie H. Williams and Mary W. Williams; and his siblings, John, Curtis, Roy Williams, Gladys Williams and Ann Yacavone.
He is survived by: his son Keith Williams (Kim) of Myrtle Beach, SC; his siblings, Marvin of Reidsville, Louis (Brenda) of Reidsville, Russell Williams (Bonnye) of Reidsville, Jimmy (Linda) of McLeansville, Margaret Kivett of Elon and Evelyn Sladky (Tom) of Reidsville; and his sister-in-law Janelle. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
