She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Benton Chaney and Cora Smith Chaney. She is survived by: her daughter Sheila Capps (Greg); her granddaughters, Becca Lindamood of Lexington, SC and Emily Steuck; and her sister Virginia Woodall. She is also survived by three great- grandchildren.
