She was predeceased by: her parents, James Roy Moss and Mary Emma Gammon Moss. She is survived by: her spouse David Willis DeBoe; her children, Cynthia D. Stone and Gary Dean DeBoe; and her sister Barbara Matherly. She is also survived by four grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren.
