She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Barker and Gretchen Barker; her husband Virgil Clifton Shawver; her daughter Gretchen Sari Mitchell; her grandchildren, Jamie Leigh Petty and Nathan Warren Petty; and her siblings, Gene, George, Kermit and Ranvil Barker Sr. A.
She is survived by: her children, Cathy Lynn Ferguson, Galen Clifton Shawver, Charlotte Ann Shawver, Dreena Carol Shawver and Kill; her grandchildren, Joshua Trent Petty, Galen Everett Shawver, Michelle Gleason Turner and Arliss Gleason; her great grandchildren, Coen, Lindley Shawver, Mary Gretchen and Stella Turner; and her sibling's children, Ranvil Ray Barker II and Indy Barker Patchin. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
