It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ellen Talbott Cayton (Eden, North Carolina), born in Rockingham, North Carolina, who passed away on May 26, 2012, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William S. Talbott and Maude Robertson Talbott; her children, Bobby Cayton, Douglas Cayton and Edna Cayton Fagge; and her siblings, Annie T. Underwood, Thelma Cassell, Betty T. Shough, Harrison Tony Talbott, Avarett Talbott, Frank Talbott and Thomas Lee Talbott.
She is survived by: her siblings, Bernice T. Hundley and Willie R. Talbott; her grandchildren, Robert E. Cayton (Ellen), Deborah C Woodson (Raymond), Kenneth L. Cayton, Rinda F. Collins (Buck), Mary C. Hull (Larry) and Wanda C. Hairston; and her close friend Ralph Fulcher. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
